Our work is based on the principle that the future of human societies is inseparable from the health of the natural world. We recognise that the survival of ecosystems, the protection of wildlife, and the well-being of local communities are intricately connected. Healthy ecosystems provide essential services, including clean air and water, fertile soils, climate regulation, and food security, while simultaneously sustaining livelihoods and contributing to economic growth, particularly through wildlife-based tourism. Botswana, globally celebrated for its natural heritage, offers some of the most pristine and ecologically important environments in Africa. Yet, despite the country\u2019s successes in conservation, the pressures of population growth, climate change, human\u2013wildlife conflict, and illegal wildlife exploitation continue to threaten its ecological integrity.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>EcoLife Trust exists to address these challenges through comprehensive, practical, and sustainable solutions. Our focus is on Conservation, Community Empowerment, Education and Awareness, and Volunteer and Research Programmes, each of which forms a pillar in the work we do to ensure a resilient and thriving natural and human environment.
